Tom is a member of the Bar of both New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York as well as the District of New Jersey. Tom has been duly qualified and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a Masters Degree in Taxation and is a Certified Public Accountant.

It is this extensive background in law, taxation and finance that enables Mr. Anselmo to aggressively and effectively represent his clients’ interests with a depth and breadth of experience and knowledge in a way that considers all relevant and important aspects of a particular matter.

Mr. Anselmo has also served as an award winning professor and lecturer at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Tom has most recently served as a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Seton Hall University School of Law.
